We start each engagement with a discussion of the project business objectives and constraints, and a definition of project scope. Based on this information we develop a work plan and estimated budget and present them for approval in a written proposal. On large or complex projects we may work with the client to perform an initial prototype or proof of feasibility study. Part of the start-up process is to execute a consulting contract for the project.

Advisory Services

Design Consulting Services
We will apply our understanding of current technologies to help design applications that will solve your business problems. This cooperative effort between our organization and yours will leverage the expertise of each to help create real solutions for real problems.

Application Code Review
Our expert programmers will review applications being developed by clients or partners to provide feedback on design, efficiency and techniques. This allows clients to use their internal staff to develop the application, while leveraging our knowledge base to insure the quality of the solution.

Project Management
We will provide Project Management services for clients. We can initiate and manage projects to ensure on time and on budget delivery.

Software Development Services

Prototype Development
There are projects that are either so big or so new technologically that it is prudent to create a prototype of the application for evaluation before engaging in a large development effort. We will work with clients to define the prototype and develop it to the specifications set down.

Application Development
We will work with clients to understand the business problems they are facing and apply our understanding of current technologies to help design solutions for them. We will work with the clients through all of the phases of development, from requirements definition through to delivery of the finished software product and implementation assistance.

Software Integration
Software rarely exists as isolated systems anymore and some projects will require not only the development of a solution, but integration of the solution with other software. This may mean integration of the application with existing client software, or incorporating other software into the mapping application to create the complete solution. We have experience with these types of development projects and can offer that expertise to clients.
