Can I transfer existing domain names to Pepperjack?

Absolutely. To transfer an existing domain name just use the transfer
option when placing your order through the on-line order form.
You really have two options when "transferring" your existing domain name to Pepperjack. 1) Hosting with Pepperjack but registered at another Domain Registrar. No problem. You can host at Pepperjack and have your domain registered with someone else. All you need to do is go to your domain registrar account and change your Domain Name Servers (DNS) to point to Pepperjack. 2) Transfer your domain and Hosting to Pepperjack Again, no problem. After you signup with Pepperjack you can transfer your domain to us. In order to initiate a transfer of your domain name from another registrar to Pepperjack, you must do the following. 1. Obtain an authorization code from your current registrar 2. Unlock the domain at your current registrar 3. Send an email to support@pepperjack.com with the following information: - your intention to transfer to the domain to Pepperjack - the domain name you wish to transfer - the authorization code from your current registrar (Authorization codes are required for .com, .net, .org, .tv, .info, .biz, .bz, .us, .name, .com.cn, .net.cn, .org.cn, .cn, .kids.us, .com.tw, .org.tw, .idv.tw, .in, .co.in, .net.in, .org.in, .firm.in, .gen.in, .ind.in, .jobs and .la names.) Note that the admin contact for the domain name must confirm the transfer by replying to the transfer authorization email. This email will come from eNom on Pepperjack's behalf. |
